GOOD! YES! Let this be you’re first experience with them. Remember, included in your membership is the 8 Week Beginner Program. You can do that program for as long or as little as you need until you feel ready.
Absolutely! In the app you will have access to me via the chat feature. You will also have a Project Bellplex community group chat where all your teammates can help answer questions.
Yes! There is no commitment, you can cancel any time you decide you hate it and you’re done with it.
Amazing! You can go as hard as you can. These workouts are designed so that anybody can make them their own! So you can go as slow and light as you need to, or as hard and heavy as you want. So if you’re advanced, get ready to rock out...and if you really think you're too advanced...these are the workouts I do...let that sink in.
That’s great! So do I and I encourage everyone to do other things if they like them. If that is the case then you can use Bellplex in addition to them no problem. Let’s say you love going to BJJ 3x a week. No problem, continue to do that and then add in Bellplex 2-3x a week when you see fit. Even if you aren’t doing the full 4x a week of Bellplex you will still see great results and be able to get fun and engaging workouts and complexes in the mix in a structured way. Also don't forget about the Bars N Bells Program which gives you a barbell lift in addition to your kettlebell work every day!
Not a problem! Let me and the Bellplex community help you start this journey back up! These workouts are safe and simple to follow along with. Yes you will be challenged but these workouts are written so everybody can make them their own and do what THEY can handle. Not to mention we have an awesome and very encouraging community that will keep you motivated and pushing throughout this journey. Which is especially helpful if you are working out at home.
Totally ok! There are always ways to work around an injury or exercises that you can’t do. You will have direct access to me in the app and I can help give you alternatives if and when those limitations become an issue. On top of that, there are 2 mobility and joint strengthening days each week that can be a big help in addressing that injury.
The perfect blend of sticking with the basics, while also keeping things engaging and entertaining. Too many people make kettlebell training boring AF.
