You can join Skool any day. But if you join before June 1st, you start the new cycle on Day 1 with everyone else. After that, you're hopping in mid-stream. Both work. Day 1 is just more fun.
"After 7 months of BellPlex I'm hitting personal records almost daily. I still can't believe the weight of kettlebells I'm training with. At 43, I'm in the best shape I've been in since my mid-20s."
Joe Robertson
"I struggled with consistency and a real plan for my workouts. Now there's no guesswork or mental effort needed on my end. I just open the app, choose the workout, press play, and get the job done."
John Zanzarella
"I joined for an efficient workout that fits limited time, limited space, and limited equipment. I needed structure and a class schedule to tell me what I was doing each day. Now I work out 4 days a week and LOVE/HATE every minute of it."

Doesn't matter. The programming scales. Half the community started with one bell and basic swings. You'll be on the same workout as everyone else, just with the bell that's right for you.
Both covered. Every movement has a progression and a substitution. If you can't do a strict pull-up yet, you'll be doing the work that gets you to one. If you don't have a bar or a dip station, I'll show you the kettlebell or bodyweight swap. Same outcome.
Nobody makes every day. Show up when you can. The members who stick around aren't the ones who never miss. They're the ones who don't quit when they do miss.
YouTube is a sample. This is the actual program. 6 weeks of structured strength work, in order, with the why behind each piece.
Hop in wherever we are. I tell every mid-cycle joiner the same thing: don't restart from week 1, just train with everybody else. It's more fun.
Yeah. Post in the community, I'm in there. So is everyone else.
One or two kettlebells is the floor. A pull-up bar or dip station is a bonus, but every movement that uses one has a substitution if you don't. Nobody's missing a workout because they don't have a bar.
Promo's running all week. Come hop in.
